Unless you are within the wheel house (needing a business registered) of this group, AVOID them LIKE THE PLAGUE. I was strung along for two months regarding contract work for a new business venture (I used them to register my business before this two month period), 1-month of this time was after payi...ng for Bob Bluhm's services. After failing to communicate over the course of these two months, I had to move to action on scheduling an appointment despite being told I would be contacted. The call was suppose to me me and Bob but to my surprise, the attorney I was pushed off onto was also attending. The 'new guy', an attorney with an unknown background, (no public record to my searching) hadn't even looked at the website or any idea to what my company needed. The new guy merely changed document titles, that I provided as examples, to include my company name and pass it off like work had been done. Overall a waste of time, luckily I saved myself from a potential money pit scam. I was told my money was returned, which shows fault to the negligent effort and care for myself as a client. Don't get treated the same, go elsewhere.
