I was shift from another attorney and hired Mr. Davis to help me with my case. Normally it is not easy to handle other attorney's case in the middle but they made it. They also did great job! I received my working permit in one month! My receipt was on 7/24/2017 and my permit was issued on 8/24/2017.... Mr Davis was hired to represent me in a case where the goverment accussed me of Marriage Fraud.On December 24th 2015 before Judge Kimball in Dallas Texas we went in for an individual Hearing .Since the accusation i ad informed Mr Davis on sevearal occassions that i wasn't aware of the Fraud.At the he...aring Mr Davis Choose to Concede to the Charges I was been accused off.He never even informed that he has conceded.He asked me to hire him to file an appeal which i did.When he filed the Motion to reconsider before the BIA it was denied.So i hired another lawyer to take a look at my paperwork and he advised me that i has conceded to Fraud charge and the Judge ruled the case based on the "Matter OF Lozada", which Mr Davis never admitted to me that he had admitted to the Fraud Charges on my behalf and it hurt my case.I had all the evidence on the file showing the court that i wasn't aware of the Charges.Mr Davis said it didn't matter wheather i knew or not.So why did he choose to admit to the Fraud charges and never told me his client until i found out from another attorney what it meant.This is not what i hired Mr Davis to do and this shows he is not there to represent his clients.He knew about my situation i was going to face if i am removed from the country and he never asked the BIA for the Asylum relief when he field for the Motion to Reconsider the Judges Decision.Now i have had to spend so much money Re-opening the case and also filing a Petition for Review to explain that i wasn't aware of the Fraud and Also i qualify for other forms of relief which Mr Davis should have applied for as my Attorney.
