Poor Service - Lack of Attention to Case

Was assigned this attorney through a bait and switch contract signed with The Law Office of Julie Johnson in July 2017. Month after month I had to call for a status, I was told things via telephone that were constantly changing and just asked for communications be via email only to keep track of conv...ersations. I was still being lied to, I was told medical records were ordered, but facility never sent them to attorney. The truth was the hospital requested payment seven times and attorney didn’t pay until I confronted the office. She tried to settle a case that the other parties insurance company denied liability on, but called them and was given a lowball offer that didn’t include payment back to insurance company for bills. This attorney and firm are subpar and I hope the review above from another person with same name isn’t me because I would never give such a nice review, ever about this attorney.

Gail, I am sorry you were not pleased with my services. Even though your case was released by a prior attorney, my staff and I did everything we could to try to procure a settlement offer in your case. You are correct that liability was initially denied in your case, and my office was able to get a settlement offer on your behalf. Again, I am sorry we could not produce the results you desired, and I do wish you the very best in the future.
