I contacted Megan when a teenager ran into my car, sending me to the emergency room and totaling the vehicle. The next day I received a call from the driver's insurance company. Pros- Nice woman Con- I expressed, and asked, in our first meeting, “I am concerned that with the Attorney fee, that may cut into receiving reimbursement for all the medical expenses paid out of pocket.”. I was advised that by Megan that she is skilled in Negociation of the dollars down in what i...s owed, and working with insurance company. My out of pocket for medical bills was $19,000. After Megan’s legal fees (we meditated based on her advice) I received $4,000. Which means that in addition to several $1,000 of medical bills that I was unable to pay ( which now have ruined my credit) there was $15,000 that I paid in medical expenses that instead being refunded to me, Megan’s % ( $5,850) meant this was a lose, lose situation. I should never have used Megan. Stress and health problems continue to increase how much the accident ( that was clearly fault of other driver) cost financially (2018 dental surgery cost me $36k out of pocket which required home refinance to pull equity and at higher interest) mental ( both my daughter and I suffered brain damage that still persists today) and emotional ( brain damage brings personalitiy changes, which significantly changed my daughter, our relationship and how we function in the world) Using Megan was a lose-lose-lose
