James P. Browning Jr.

I hred James P Browning to represent me in a Personal Injury suite, where I was CRUSHED between the doors of the Trinity Railway Express on July 16,2012. He held onto the case for months, when I was called into the office to give my TRUE statement to D.A.R.T's Adjuster Gene McKiney, as I was perpairi...ng to gather my belonging's. I heard my attorney James P. Browning say out loud, Hold on a minute BUDDY, I need to talk to you. With his hand on Gene's shoulder the two of them walked into a back office & shut the door behind them. About 2 week's went by, when I received a letter from James P. Browning informim ng me that he will no longer be representing me, he kicked my fle over to some other lawyer. I reviewed letters from my file, & found one from the Adjuster from D'A'R'T that state's. He knows James P. Browning VERY well & has worked with him before. I ended up filing the suite myself against D'A'R'T. When the court day arrived I was attempting to give my statement, when the Judge said to me, " Do you have a Lawyer? I answered, No Sir, I have called hundred's of lawyers here & NO one will take my case. The judge said to me," You have 30 days to find a lawyer & file an appeal. If you can not. your time will be up. As D.A.R.T's lawyer & I was exiting the court room, She said to me," Herzog Transit Corporation has heald the contract to operate the Trinity Railway Express since 2005!!! she then asked me who was my lawyer was, I told her James P.Browning. She then told me,' He KNEW this & SHOULD HADE INFORMED you. I responded with," I have my suspion's of why he dropped it after he talked to the Adjuster for D'A'R'T. The tme has EXPIRED for me to sue for the CRUSH NJURY, Bodly njury I sustained, & The SIESURE & FRIGHT my minor child suffered from this AWFULL AWFULL Miss Treatment. I still have marks on my body from being CRUSHED between the Door's of the train, Thank you for messing us over James P. Browning I hope you can sleep at night knowing how WRONG you did me & my child, when we had a LEGITMENT SUITE & Was owed substantial payment for the NEGLANCE, PAIN & SUFFEREING, FRIGHT, PERSONAL INJURY caused from this Shocking Accident. THANK YOU for NOTHING! I have to also say that when I came to the office to pick up my file & talked with your Legal Assistant, I have him on recording telling me," that D'A'R'T Thinks they are GOD!!!! They think they are UNTOUCHABLE, The ONLY way you might win or get anything from them is IF, Someone DIED from this!!!!!!
