I did not want to write this review but then I felt it is a must that I tell people how Attorney Husein Abdelhadi dealt with my immigration case. I came to him asking him how to get my overseas children a USA citizenship from me being a US citizen. He told me that I need to go through the process of ...I-130. This took almost 2 years and $15K to get to the embassy. When we went to the embassy, the counselor told me that I should not have done all this. I only need to go to the US citizen section in the embassy to get counselor birth certificates and passports. So I did not have to wait 2 years and spent $15K. I approached him and he denied any misdoing. I approached a law office to sue him but it will cost me over $15K and a lot of time that I do not have. I have alot of faith in this Immigration lawyer and his associates. My son married an American Citizen in good faith. She told him she was pregnant so he did the right thing. He married her. After the baby was born it was clear it was not his. The baby was from a black man, my son is Mexican. All... the features of a black man's baby. He forgave her because he loved her and tried to work things out. She got pregnant a second time and he believed it was his. She went to the Immigration Interview and the officer asked her if the baby she was carrying was my son's and she said yes. When the baby was born my son was in a detention center and she named the baby another name other than my son's last name. Well he got deported, because they believed that the marriage was not in good faith. Abdelhdi and Associates stepped in and filed a 360 for cruel and abusive treatment of a spouse mentally. They won the case and my son is on his way back. This lawyer will also tell you if you have a good chance of winning and if you dont , he wont take your money.
