You really need to consult with a Board certified immigration attorney before you get deported. Which you may be anyway.

You will need a 601 waiver and once approved there is almost no risk in being interviewed at the US consulate. You may have another option also....

The Service will not change the dates on OPT; this is why we encourage students to file for post completion OPT three months in advance.
