You cannot do that labor certification cases are handled differently. You need to consult with a Board Certified Immigration attorney.
H1B from industry (cap subject) was transferred to academia(cap exempt). Can it be transferred to industry again without lottery

Doesn’t the attorney being paid to represent you know this? Once you have been through the lottery you do not need to do it again unless you are...

Your visa is only a travel document. It has nothing to do with your status in the US so you are fine for the extension.

If your wife is a US citizen you should be filing much, much more than the I-130.
Can I switch employer before 6 months of filing of 485 and Ead eb2?

If you leave before six months you will need a new labor certification and I-140 but will retain the original priority date.
