you must always give CIS a valid address. And send it by fed ex so you can prove they received it.

I agree with all of the answers but the running thru the woods, which is really odd. I cannot imagine where the woods would be? Canada?

I do not believe you are liable for anything, and certainly note for whatever you gave the consulate. But you should consult a business attorney...
