Susan Johnson Foster

I paid an APPEALS Attorney $2000.00 on 11/24/2014 for the job that Susan Foster had charged me $750.00 to do. My New Attorney spent three days to complete a fair report of his evaluation of my chances of overturning the judge’s summary judgment. The final decision did not say anything about going to... the defendants and try to settle out of court, this is the only advice that I was provided by attorney Susan Foster. I did not receive any report for Susan Foster. After I paid her I did not hear a word by phone, email or phone. After five days had passed I called attorney Susan Foster and was told that she did not see any chances for my case to go forward. The second attorney provided a report that has lead me to go forward with my case. The defendants in my case had made a cash offer and attorney Susan Foster wanted to settle for nothing after this case has gone on for over five years. Attorney Susan Foster did not provide any reason or reasons for her evaluation. She did not spend the ample time to determine a fair honest evaluation of my case and charged $750.00 with no report.
