I purchased my first house a year ago and found out shortly after that the seller did not disclose water leaks or mold and in fact tried to cover this up. Collen came to the rescue and helped me through every step in the process. Collen and his team were there whenever I had questions regarding the c...ase and issues from the remediation company all the way to the contractor that finished the build out. Every step of the way Collen was there. Being that it was my first house I really did not want to take this case to trial and it be dragged out for years. Collen was able to settle the case after a couple of months and the settlement was very satisfactory to me. I felt that in any situation Collen would always make time for his clients. I would highly recommend Collen to anyone that has dealt with construction problems. He really knows his stuff and the process.
