Don't trust them

I will give minus 999989 points His team call me 10000 times a day for social security disability benefit I have say no and no and they keep calling, so my friend told me to entertain them one time so they will stop calling, that's a horrible choice, the more I talk to them the more I want to find o...ut how they get my information from a-z. After a long talk they want be to lied to ssn about I have chronic pain etc etc I say ok and goodbye they are like a super glue stick to your fingers never let go they even make appointment without my approval. They are fraud don't trust them I'm going to sue them for harassing me and my phone. They call 20 times a hour

Review

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. This company keeps calling me on my work phone, which is a government phone and harassing me about social security disability which I have never filed and know nothing about. Every time I ask them how they got my number they hang up on me. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and... RUDE. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told that I must have a case with them or they can't transfer me to a supervisor. I have no idea how this law firm is considered reputable. NO reputable business would hang up on a caller or harass people.

So impressed!! Very helpful!

My family and I truly appreciate the work Andrew and his colleagues have done in regards to my case and to helping move towards ensuring things like this will not happen in the future. I initially wasn't sure if I wanted to persue this lawsuit, Andrew was very patient and answered LOTS of questions! ... In the end, it came down to realizing, this is more than an accident, it is neglect and that is the reason I moved forward. The money my lawsuit provided was more than we imagined and will give my family things that we would not otherwise have!! It's possible because of the work Andrew did!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Professional and Compassionate

I would recommend him to my family members and friends. I trust him with my most personal legal information. I've dealt with many lawyers; he is the only one to return calls, emails, etc. very quickly. He also kept me informed at all times regarding my case. He spent hours on the phone with me discus...sing all matters of my case as well as taking the time to reassure me about my concerns. Other professionals barely gave me the time of day. If you want to put your case in the hands of a true professional with integrity, compassion, and knowledge, I recommend Mr. Kirkendall.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
