Poor experience
I wish I wouldn’t have went with the first lawyer I consulted. Rob Newark and his lousy assistant did not complete my bankruptcy on the date it was due. I lost the money I paid, my house, my car and other assets I wanted to protect. I do not recommend this lawyer.

I hired Robert to help save my dad's house. The first month was fine. But since then it has went down hill. I have called and emailed several times with no response. I have literally been told by his assistant that he will call me back about 7 different times and nothing. All I wanted to know was wha...

Unprofessional
Newark failed to file my paperwork on time with the court. He didn't return my calls on top of everything. I do not recommend him or his services. When I was searching for an attorney, I didn't find any ratings so I took a leap of faith. I hope this rating will help someone in the long run.
