Josh was my attorney over ten years ago. My husband had a removal order and he was able to get his case reopened and get his status adjusted. It was a nearly impossible case to win. He has a genius mind and is the only attorney I would call in a serious immigration emergency. He's truly passionate ab...out what he does and isn't one of those attorneys that is just in it for the money. He will honestly tell you what your chances are.

I had hired him when I was very close to remove from the states. However, he did represent my case closed my case front of the judge and won the case with USCIS. I had a huge charge from ICE even I had a felony conviction on my record. Today I am GC holder just because of him. Although I have t...o admit he is lazy buy he gets jobs get done.

I had no immigration status when I hired Attorney Turin. Although I consulted with other well-known attorneys, he was the only one who was able to explain how he could win my case and followed through with it! I have learned through my experience that Attorney Turin takes on cases that other attorn...eys turn down and actually wins them. Although the service at times can be mediocre, the end result is worth it. Attorney Turin’s experience and knowledge is priceless.

He only call you to pay for what you need to pay from the contract between him and you but he never did his work for you. He never answer phone or return email and when you go to the office the reception will say no one in the office and she the only one there now and she have to left and lock the do...or. All this law firm do is just take your money and do nothing for you. Be aware of him and don't you him. It's just waste your time and money for nothing done!

Hired him to file a petition in April 2008. Payment to him was made in FULL. As of January 2009, he still HAS NOT filed the petition!!! This attorney will never do your job on time or return your emails. All I received were emails from his assistant. Also, I was EXTREMELY shocked when I realized h...e does try to trick his clients into low class tricks to avoid providing them with service.... something like when you have to be at the immigration office at some time and he tells you to meet him in his office but NEVER SHOW UP! Something that makes you wait for him till 5 minutes before (because he fools you into putting too much faith in him to the point you can never believe he abandoned you) then run to immigration trying to make it on time. THIS GUY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL TRY TO TRICK YOU INTO FIRING HIM SO HE CAN KEEP ALL OF YOUR MONEY. THE ONLY EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM HIM WAS AT THE END WHEN HE TOLD ME HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY PART OF MY MONEY BACK . EVEN THE FILING FEES!!!
