got papers signed 10mins before the interview

JohNathan an attorney working for reina and bates represenTed us for our citizenship interview and right 5 mins before the interview he presented papers to sign, n since my parents were nervous and naive they signed without reading. I felt that was very unprofessional to present documents at the last... minute where the client does not have much time or option to refute the documents.

Bad decision

We started are immigration proceedings in 2009, and we finally got my husbands Visa a month ago. We met with Joseph Reina one time at the begging of proceedings and never saw him again after that. They never kept us well informed of what was coming next and they kept changing case workers and they al...l gave us different information. They did not prepare us well enough for his trip to the Mexican consulate, which cuased us more money and time. I ended up doing alot of the work and research myself. My husband has been back for over a month and we are still trying to get his social security and green card. Most of the time I called them for help they said there was nothing they could do. My advice is save your money and do it yourself. The USCIS website is very informative and helpful.

Excellent service

Darlin, I want to take a moment to thank you for all your hard work you put into our case.. I appreciate it very much - I will recommend you and your law firm to everyone looking for an immigration attorney.. My experience with you Reyna and Bates was outstanding.. Especially you from returning AL...L my calls and answering all my questions and concerns just basically holding my hand throughout this entire ordeal. From the Salgado-Sagastume Family --- thank you oh so very much.. continue the hard and bring many more happy faces to all the families looking to be reunited with their loved ones. Thank you and God bless you, Normis & Gracie

carsalesmen lawyer

Reina took my case and told me that it will only take my wife one year to get her case approved. After being with him since 2005 my wife is not solved and Ive been without her and my daughter for two years. My case jumps from legal assistant to legal assistant. they do a very poor job with communicat...ion. Reina has really hurt alot of families with his lies somebody really needs to do something about this.

Did not look at my file!?

I went to Reina & Baites in Dallas trying to get advice on my change of status, as I was marring an American citzen. He told us that he could take care of my simple case, as I had never been ilegal and my status was OK. I was under a student visa. Despite the fact that my husband and I had several ...questions, we woudl call the firm we had never success in talking to anyone but a voice message! despite e-mails and phone calls, we could never get answers to our questions. I am not talking about 48 hours delays, but one or two weeks delay in getting back to you. Expect to never talk to your attorney- we never talked to ours! Because we could not make the total payment by the time we had our interview, the attorney did not show up.During the interview we were questioned about my student visa- I had a 2 year home residence requirement. MY ATTORNEY DID NOT SEE THAT! Even though it was on the first page of my visa! therefore, we could not get my green card! After all the money we invested!
