Two words... Awful attorney!

I strongly advise against using Andrew Turner as your attorney. My experiences with him have been nothing short of disastrous. In two separate cases, the outcomes went from bad to worse, and I ended up losing over 100% in assets, including my home and a camper. Despite Texas law favoring a 50% div...ision of assets in cases like mine—where there were no children, a brief marriage, and a significant disparity in tax brackets—Andrew Turner failed to effectively advocate for me. Instead, I was told that Judge Plumlee was punishing me, but after reviewing my divorce transcripts, it became clear that Andrew Turner's incompetence played a major role in the outcome. Here are just a few of the glaring issues I faced: - He neglected to enter crucial evidence, like my house payment check stubs. - He failed to disclose all the evidence presented by the opposing counsel. - He did not object or question much of the damaging evidence against me. - He overlooked the fact that the opposing counsel had an expert witness ready to testify. - He did not defend my interests regarding an IRA that was misrepresented by the other side. Ultimately, Andrew Turner admitted this was his worst outcome ever. Instead of receiving fair representation, I felt like I was led into a trap. After the hearing, the judge even questioned why my case had been rescheduled multiple times, while Andrew Turner misled me about the circumstances, giving the opposing counsel time to prepare. If I had known the extent of Andrew Turner’s incompetence, I would have sought out a more capable firm. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for legal representation. You’ve been warned!

Professional and experienced.

I hired Mr. Turner for a custody case. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything along the way. He received lots of phone calls from me asking several questions and patiently he always replies. The case went great and he got us great results than anticipated.

Very poor service

I hired Andrew Turner to work on my boyfriends criminal charges and he never did anything for him. Never called or got back at me. Very dissatisfied. He’s probably good with child custody cases but not at anything else.

Paola, I apologize if you experience wasn't the best. It's really true. I stopped doing criminal cases shortly after this case. I wasn't effective. In order to work at Frank Crowley, and be effective, you really need to be there every day. Sincerely,

Excellent family/divorce lawyer

I hired Andrew to help me with my divorce. He was very accessible and never hesitated to answer any and all of my questions. He really cares about his clients. Before I hired Andrew my divorce was not looking in my favor, however; because of Andrew's expertise in divorce-law he got things done. I was... extremely satisfied with the end result. I would highly recommend attorney Andrew Turner to all of my friends and family.
