Mr Reed was able to pinpoint the exact laws to protect me. He cut out all the confusion the authorities were trying to create, and simplified my case. Always kept me updated if something happened. He won't sugar coat and just talk to make you feel good. He is very upfront and I would trust him ...if my life were on the line again.

I'm not sure if it is horrible office staff , or a basic inability of Mr. Reed, that keeps him from performing his duties in a timely manner. I suspect it is a large combination of the two. It is very difficult to get him to perform the most basic of tasks even after he has been paid in full, in ad...vance. He does not return phone calls. Ever. He is rarely in the office. The only time you can catch him on the phone is when he happens to be passing by his receptionist, which, again, is rare. His office assistant seems overworked and overstressed, yet I have not witnessed her performing any actual "work" over which she would be stressing. Avoid this one. He looks like a good attorney, talks like a good attorney, but fails to perform like a good attorney.
