The Best Out There

I'm thankful there is a tool such as this so I'm able to share my direct experiences, and hopefully help someone else find what I did. After meeting with different law offices, a colleage recommended my partner and I make an appointment with Paul. This turned out to be a blessing. From our initia...l meeting I realized that Paul was totally invested in really trying to help people. This was apparent in everything, from his flexibility in accomodating my schedule to the amount of time and effort he put into our first meeting. He made the effort to really help us understand the process (in English and Spanish!), and to dispell some misconceptions. We both left his office confident in Paul's experience, but also his commitment to our case. In working with Paul, we also had the great fortune to work closely with his team - an exceptional group of people - that are more kind, thoughtful and supportive than I would have ever imagined. They have come to feel like family to us, and the proactive reminders, or messages/texts of encouragement meant the world to us. In addition to this amazing group, Paul put us in contact with a CPA and a psychologist for their expertise. These were professionals with whom Paul had worked closely, and who were open and sensitive to our situation. We didn't feel we were dealing with strangers, rather very supportive experts in their field. Throughout the process, Paul coordinated all the moving parts of our case. I'd also like to mention how impressed we were when Paul was able to reach out to contacts in the legal system. The fact that they were: 1) even willing to listen to what Paul had to say, but also 2) receptive to the information, and even more surprising 3) they were open and responsive. We felt certain aspects of our case were treated with real sensitivity and reasonableness. This was a welcome relief for us, but clearly there was trust and mutual respect present, or I can't imagine they'd been open to hearing the information from Paul. This blew us away, and in my mind reflects Paul's integrity and how highly he's regarded by his peers. As cynical and callous as "the system" can be, working with Paul and "Team Zoltan" has restored my faith in the profession. We met with several attorneys before finding Paul, and I never got the impression that any of them were genuinely interested in our outcome. After our first discussion with Paul, we knew he was all in, and totally invested in our outcome. If you or a loved one are searching for someone with great experience, commitment and heart - you owe it to yourself to make an appointment with Paul's office and find out for yourself.

The Best Lawyer Ever

My experience with Paul Zoltan has been a phenomenal experience. Not only was he a lawyer, but a dear friend. From the begging of my experience, Paul compassionately listened to my story and began to help me with applying for asylum. He worked tirelessly to help me and my family get our asylum and ha...ve us honest and sincere advice. I would recommend him to anyone needing help to get their life in order as he is a compassionate person with the dedication to do anything possible to help whatever your distraction may be.

Great Attorney

I was very happy with the outcome of my case. I believe that if you cooperate and provide the documents the attorney needs to work on your case, things will run smoothly. Very knowledgeable and kind. His staff is great as well. He is an attorney not a magician:-) Very pleased.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

NOT VERY NICE, SAID STUFF THAT SHOULD NEVER BE SAID AS A LAWYER DID ANSWER THE QUESTIONS WE ASKED HIM BUT IN A REALLY RUDE MANNER TO SAY THE "LEAST". ENDED UP JUST LOOKING FOR ANOTHER LAWYER.

It regret that my words gave offense. If any prospective client complained to me that their consultation wasn't helpful (or decorous), that consultation would be gratis.

DON'T WAS YOUR TIME NOR YOUR MONEY ON THIS ATTORNEY

My husband was represented by this man and he doesn't stand up for you at all. I did all the running around to get reports of my husband while he sat in his office. The out come of my husband case in Immigration court was not fair. When Mr. Zoltan came up on the day that they were going to give my h...usband VD. with a charge that i was trying to find and never got till that day. Now that tells who will stand up for ya

It is clear to me that I failed to explain to the client (1) at the outset, the attorney/client division of labor; and (2) at the hearing's conclusion, why voluntary departure was the best possible outcome in this case. This I regret.
