Daniel Bernard Chern

I was referred to Dan Chern by a friend after I had a very unpleasant experience at work. I spoke to several attorneys but I decided to go with Dan because I felt like he took a personal interest in me and in my case. I felt like Dan was very thoughtful, open, and it was easy to discuss difficult... situations with him. He was also very accessible, which I did not find with attorneys I have worked with in the past. Dan’s paralegal, Tracie Harrison, was always so sweet and helpful throughout this process. For my situation, I really liked that Dan had experience representing big companies and “the little guy”, like me. He was able to predict what the other side was going to do because he had been there. It felt like he was really in charge of the situation. In the end, I feel like Dan fought hard and negotiated well for me. I believe all parties were satisfied with the outcome.
