In addition to engaging in private practice, I have served as general counsel for a national publishing firm for over 15 years, during which I handled all legal issues arising in the course of the business, including preparation of contracts, preparation of polices and procedures, litigation avoidance/assessment/resolution, incorporation of subsidiaries and related entities, private investment placement, employer/employee relations and disputes, contractual disputes, regulatory investigations and proceedings, etc.  My representative clients include individuals and a wide range of businesses (from start-ups to Fortune 500) in a variety of industries in the US and overseas, including, among many others, multi-national farm cooperatives, oil and gas companies, financial institutions, high tech companies, franchisors, distributors, publishing companies, airlines, software developers, clothing manufacturers, audio/video/entertainment services and equipment, etc.

Well, I can’t say that I was ever in the courtroom with John… because he kept us out of the court house. His thorough work on contracts, imaginative problem-solving abilities in bringing a deal to closure, his sage advice as to how to approach business challenges all represented talent and skill that are critical in making successful, profitable transactions happen. Always working with the highest level of integrity, he is also a person you just enjoy being around.

Great lawyer
Mr. Price has assisted me with very complex legal issues, including trademark matters and intellectual property disputes. His far-ranging litigation experience and deep knowledge of the law, including an amazing ability to find all helpful cases, make Mr. Price a go-to attorney. I have referred others to him as well.

When You Must Win Beyond Any Shadow of Doubt...
Research and preparedness make Mr. Price a formidable front for your cause or case. I have seen his opening letter win cases. His impeccable knowledge of the law and his ability to articulate that knowledge whether written or in a courtroom is second to none. He has helped me to victory time after time. I've seen cases he's won for clients with such high profile they were talked about on national television.

Long-term Relationship
John represented me in a difficult, complex case a number of years ago, when he was head of the litigation department at the Winstead law firm in Dallas. We have been friends ever since. John's new firm is currently assisting me on several new business planning matters.
