Andrew Cohn failed to enforce court orders resulting in financial loss in excess of 33,000.00 dollars. His unprofessional behaviors included outburst of anger, yelling at his client ,hanging up and or refusing to take calls, answer questions about my case, inappropriate sexual comments. He demands h...is fee upfront and if at any time I would have had to fire him, I loose all monies. This made it impossible to afford another attorney. He failed to negotiate acceptable terms for spousal support. Payments due on the 15th of the month have not been collected as of the 3rd of the following month after repeatedly asking him to file a motion to have the ex husbands wages garnish. Refused to allow me to get court ordered information that was vital to going to trial.
