Shawn Jaffer and there attorneys are not litigation lawyers to represent you in credit bureau lawsuits. They do not represent you to the best of there ability or represent you in your best interest. I wasted 31/2 years of disputes and cfpb complaints in 8 months hiring These incompetent lawyers since... January 2024. They file motions to withdraw from your case or motions to dismiss your case with excuses. They don't always take your phone calls. In my opinion These attorneys don't work for you to win, there against you. Think twice before you hire this firm. Speak to many different lawyers first before jumping in with this firm..you may end up botching your case up using I say this lightly, don't waste your time, there not skilled enough in the fcra litigation business. You can decide..when they lose or dismiss your case.

They take your $2500, and never do the work you hired them to do. I think that can be called fraud. I don’t think Shawn Jaffers should be in good standing with the Tevas Bar. How is he still practicing law? Years after they were supposed to make credit card debt disappear, as they boldly claimed, ...I start getting calls from Portfolio Recovery for the same credit card I hired Shawn Jaffers to take care of. When I called him, the receptionist said that he wasn’t available for calls and refused to put him on the phone. The only way I can describe someone who takes your money and doesn’t do anything is a SCAMMER. Do not throw money at Shawn Jeffers.

Terrible I would not use this company if you were in need of a lawyer. I was provided with a paralegal that was originally assigned and then went absent for a month. I was then contacted by a new paralegal who then provided me an email with settlement details. I agreed to an option they had provided ...and received an email in reply that those terms were not actually for my case. I was then given an $1800.00 more settlement in which I responded with a question and the option I would like for my settlement. To which I was then suggested a different settlement agreement then the one I had agreed to. Once the paralegal was able to reread the option that I had selected I was provided paperwork via email, including court documents that Jaffer provided that I needed to sign. I had to send the paperwork back as there were CLARICAL issues within the documents. I thought it was over at that point but as I continued to check my account with the company I had settled with, nothing had been updated. In fear that my paperwork was never sent and approaching my first payment date I contacted the company I owed, and they stated they were unable to speak with me without my Attorney authorization. I immediately called Jaffer and requested for them to provide the company approval. Now I wait a full week understanding that things take time..... But to no surprise the company I owed had not been provided the information. I am now 3 days from my first payment date and lost because no one from the Jaffer firm is available to speak to me and I would prefer to speak with someone who is above the paralegal who has continuously messed up on my case. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER FIRM. This one is a joke!

I hired this law firm to represent me in a case in which I I was being sued by a creditor . This case dragged on for one year and I was given no updates in regards to the case . I was informed that I lost the case by email no phone call . I called to ask why the case was lost . I was given a very di...srespecteful condescending account of the what happened . I wanted to ask about certain motions that were filed and I was hung up on . Phil Pool said, “ we are no longer representing this case and you have a nice day .” He hung up the phone . I never met a more incompetent law firm and group of lawyers in my life . They do not care about you or your case . I would have been better off representing myself and saving some money . I would steer clear of this law firm they don’t care about you just your money!
