Hola este review ba para la jente que abla espanol y para los que le entiendan pero quiero dejar este review para darles una idea de que estan asiendo si contratab este abogado. bueno son amables la primera bes que los tratas porque ellos quieren que los contrates, despues ya ni te contestan, y si te... contestan te contestan con una actitu como que los estuvieras molestandon. se tarda mucho con tu caso con el mio se tardaron 1 ano. para que al final me dijeran que no podian aser nada. tengan mucho cuidado porque si tuvistes un accidente te ban a desir muchas cosas bonitas y te mandan a doctores te mandan a terapias a radios x y eyos te disen no te procupes tu no bas a pagar nada de tu bolsa tratan de mandarte alo que eyos puedan para conprobar que si estas enfermo. al final si no ganan el caso solo te disen no hay nada que podamos aser y abandonan tu caso y tu quedas con todas las deudas de los lugares que eyos te mandaron, porque eyos tanbien quieren su pago ten cuidado este abogado no sirve pero si no me creen esta bien intentelo y aber como les ba.

He and his staff made everything so easy - getting my car fixed, doctor visits, and all the paperwork and details. So easy! All I had to do was recover and relax. If I... had any questions - he and his staff were so friendly. I know these things take time, but I was always updated. I have had other car wreck attorneys before, and this was the best experience! I'm very happy with the outcome and how things were handled. I HIGHLY recommend!

Literally hated my experience with them. First they sent us to a sham of a chiropractor, guy never even touched us, never went over anything with us at all. The case worker told us to follow and listen to all of what the doctor said. So we did, and the other insurance company only offer the minimum a...mount to cover the extremely high doctor visit. One of the bills was for like $300 and that was just for a doctor to talk to me. They never kept me updated on how thing were going, it would be weeks at a time before i would know anything and even then I had to call them. Then the low balled me like crazy once the money came in, I only got $700 form the case while their attorneys fees totaled out to be $1800. Like what the hell. How in the hell did they make more money and I was the one hurt. Not to mention I had to negotiate with them to even get the $700 cause they only offered me $500 at first. I had previously been in a wreck and wasn't hurt as much as I was this time and the other law firm I went with at the time got me $2000. All I can say is that I will never use Uvalle again and I WILL NOT recommend their services to anyone.

I was in an accident about a year and a half ago and i havent heard much of anything from them. Other than we are waiting on an offer. This is a horrible experience for me. My first accident and i woll not refer them to anyone. When i have called there has been different lawyers working my case so i ...know nothing reliable. It amazes me that they are so called waiting on an offer for 15 months. Thats strange in itseft. Worst move i made

I had heard a lots on the radio about Michael Uvalle. So when I had my wreck on 2/7/15. I chose them to handle my case, I now feel this was a mistake. I have been told things about my case that just was not true. First I was told 4 months ago that my case was in the process of being settled, then I g...ot a call back saying 1 bill had not come thru I waited 2 months approximately, still no bill. So I went back to the Doctors office and ask them to please release my bill. Uvalle received my bill approximately 2 to 3 weeks after I went to the doctor's office. So I waited. I called back and was Ben Kennedy was now handling my case. So again I waited. Then I spoke with atty. Ben and Ashley. I was told I had another month before money would come. So I went online and found my Insurance company made the payment a week ago. I don't know when this will be. I did not think I would have to do so much for this case to be settled, and receive so little.
