I am currently in a law suit where I was hit by an 18-wheeler. This is the first time I have ever been in a situation like this and hired the first lawyer that came to mind (because I hear his advertisement on the radio al the time), this has seemed to be a bad idea. I have had 3 different case manag...ers and 2 different lawyers. To date this case has been going on for 6 months. Ow and I still have never met my lawyer face to face. He have not gone over any plan of action long term or short term. Every time I call him he does answer or calls me right back but to try to get a straight answer out of him about how much my case could possibly be worth is impossible, all he says is go to the chiropractor and gives me a bunch of past case verdicts. I just feel like he is way over his head and I am not a priority. If the problem consists I will be looking into a different law firm in the near future if things don’t change, I will update as treatment and the lawsuit furthers on.

I had been involved in a car wreck, hit from behind really getting my car messed up. Tried to settle it with the insurance company but of course getting the run around. So I heard about this law firm on the radio and called them at first they were running to me to get papers signed and very professio...nal after signed papers it went bad. Case manager never called got turned over to another case manager during the process I had to call the attorney every 2 weeks he called me once and he would told me what they were suggesting instead of fighting on behalf. I promise I could’ve done a better job myself and I’m not lawyer but arguing and negotiating I can do. I would not recommend them. They are getting quick money off people who really don’t know what to do when it comes to using lawyers after a car wreck!
