Biography
I am a Board Certified Family Law Specialist with Underwood & Perkins, PC, not only am I a dedicated lawyer but I am also a dedicated family man and member of the community. I understand the stress, time and responsibilities of raising a family in my North Dallas community. I have been married for 24years, I am raising two children who are attending Brentfield Elementary and Park Hill Junior High, and I am the head coach of the Pirates in the North Texas Little League.
I have been practicing law for 25 years, I am licensed in Texas, California, and Pennsylvania, and I am Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I have vast experience in custody litigation, property division litigation, divorce, mediation, examination of complex financial documents, valuing and dividing business entities and interests, real estate division, mineral rights, partition agreements, along with the myriad of issues that surface in family law.
There simply is no case too complex that myself and the Family Department of Underwood & Perkins, PC cannot handle. The dedication and hands on approach of all of the lawyers, provides the highest quality of legal representation to our clients.
