Daniel "Dan" Joseph Madden

Dan Madden realizes there’s no way to “lawsuit-proof” your company, but he helps clients take measures to prevent claims, and when claims occur, to vigorously represent his clients’ interests.  Dan has been recognized among the most outstanding young attorneys in Dallas and the state of Texas. In 2006, Dan was featured in D Magazine as one of the “Best Lawyers Under 40” and in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 Dan was recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers’ Rising Star by Thomson Reuters Services, as printed in Texas Monthly magazine.

Dan enjoys coming to work every day and handling difficult business for his clients. The thing Dan likes best is the broad array of issues involved in the cases he handles.  His work involves representing both plaintiffs and defendants in contract claims, landlord/tenant disputes, catastrophic injury cases, pharmacy malpractice and products liability claims, to name a few.
