Biography
Adam Hyman is an associate attorney at The Law Offices of Theodore S. Lustig, P.C.. Mr. Hyman joined the firm in 2012 after clerking for the firm in the Summer of 2011.
Mr. Hyman’s practice focuses on high-end wealth transfer and asset protection planning. He utilizes trusts, partnerships and business entities to design customized Estate Plans for high net worth families. He uses the latest techniques to minimize family disputes, avoid probate, and reduce estate taxes.
As a member of The Dallas Estate Planning Council and The Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Solo & Small Firm Committee, Mr. Hyman stays abreast of the law through his active networking within the Dallas Estate Planning community. Mr. Hyman also co-founded The Dallas Young Estate Planners Group, which consists of young Estate Planning attorneys in the Metroplex who collaborate on the most current issues and solutions facing high net worth families.
Mr. Hyman received his J.D. from Touro Law School in 2012, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, he was a Staff Writer for the Touro Law Review, and was the recipient of the CALI Award for highest grade in Trusts & Estates.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hyman received a degree in Finance from the University at Albany in 2009, where he graduated summa cum laude
