Bad, bad, bad

I wont come out and call him one but when someone takes your money for a service they are to provide and then do not provide that service what do you call them? One word that comes to mind starts with a T and I dont mean terrific. Another starts with C and I dont mean commendable. Another starts with... D and I dont mean dynamic. He got my tickets moved to Dallas county. One was dismissed, another went to trial and I was given a fine and the opnly way I found out I had a fine to pay was because I sent him a message and got lucky that he even took time to respond to it claiming it was all Dallas County's fault. That's the thing with him. All excuses..Always someone else's fault. He offered to pay the fine for me with the court if I payPaled him the money, oh plus his fee for doing so and a 3.5% fee that PayPal charges. So far, fine has still not been paid and the few times he has responded to me have been excuses and apparent lies. I havent heard as many excuses and lies since I was married to my ex wife. Lost phone, email not set up correctly, windbag prosecutors keeping him from getting to Crowely to pay. The other ticket? According to the court he never did anything with that one. It's sat there for a year with no activity. So, I am riding around unknowingly having two warrants because he either cant or wont do what he was paid to do. So, I'll have to go pay the stupid $300+ fine myself, hire a new lawyer for the other ticket and I suppose kiss the $300+ I paid him for his graceousness to go pay my fine, goodbye. I certainly hope he has enjoyed that $300+ I apparently gifted him because he sure as heck hasnt lived up to what he claimed would do. I can promise him one thing, I will not go quietly, I'll get something for that money, he can rest assured of that. There is a questions, "What kind of cases does this attorney handle?" Apparently none, because he is either too incompetent or lazy to to do anything.
