Mr. Abrams is a fantastic attorney. I was arrested for a DWI and given a field sobriety test. I hired Mr. Abrams as I read that he was the best, after meeting with 4 other attorneys. The DA took a while to process the case, and scheduled a trial. Mr. Abrams was able to get the case dismissed on a mot...ion to suppress, and all charges were dropped. Mr. Abrams worked a miracle!!! I was arrested for DWI after performing all field sobriety tests and breath test. I looked really good on video, but I blew a .14. Mr. Abrams (the 3rd attorney I interviewed in Dallas and immediately knew he was the one!) thought we had a great chance at a jury trial ...because of my video. We proceeded to trial and he was really impressive in court, so knowledgeable from what questions to ask of witnesses to when to object; he asked for my opinion throughout, and just really fought for me! Mr. Abrams proposed to the court that my arrest had no probable cause, which if the jury agreed, they must disregard all evidence after such arrest (breath test) and well.... the jury agreed!
