I was facing multiple felonies all carrying a heavy penalty so I called Warren Abrams at the advice of a friend. I was told he was the best and that he was the defense I needed... well known, well networked, fierce and effective. So I hired him. Mr. Abrams worked a miracle!!! I was arrested for DWI after performing all field sobriety tests and breath test. I looked really good on video, but I blew a .14. Mr. Abrams (the 3rd attorney I interviewed in Dallas and immediately knew he was the one!) thought we had a great chance at a jury trial ...because of my video. We proceeded to trial and he was really impressive in court, so knowledgeable from what questions to ask of witnesses to when to object; he asked for my opinion throughout, and just really fought for me! Mr. Abrams proposed to the court that my arrest had no probable cause, which if the jury agreed, they must disregard all evidence after such arrest (breath test) and well.... the jury agreed!
