Steven Scott Schulte

Mr. Schulte attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctor in 2005 and a Master of Laws in taxation in 2006.  While in law school, Mr. Schulte was a member of the school's Civil Legal Clinic, where he served as a student attorney and chief counsel, providing pro bono representation to low-income clients.

Since graduating from law school, Mr. Schulte has focused his practice exclusively on the representation of individuals and families harmed by unsafe practices and products.  Mr. Schulte has represented clients in cases arising from the Middle East and China, and across the United States, in state and federal courts.

Currently, Mr. Schulte concentrates his practice on representing individuals in product liability and toxic tort cases. His work includes helping people who have been injured by asbestos exposure and their families seek and obtain recoveries through the legal process.

Mr. Schulte also has vast experience representing clients in cases involving car and commercial truck accidents, workplace injuries, firearms, animal attacks, premises liability, defective drugs and medical devices, civil rights violations, as well as cases involving sexual assault and abuse and institutional concealment.

Mr. Schulte has repeatedly been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star, an honor limited to fewer than 3% of all practicing lawyers in the State of Texas and holds the highest AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell for his ongoing and significant accomplishments in his field of practice.

When not practicing law, Mr. Schulte enjoys engaging in outdoor activities, lifting weights, volunteering, and helping mentor law students and young lawyers in Dallas.
