Shana Stein

Shana Stein has been providing legal assistance in and around Dallas, TX since 2005, and brings a wealth of experience to her clients’ defense.

As a former Dallas and Smith County Prosecutor and then defense attorney, Shana has tried over 100 cases before the jury, and successfully resolved thousands of cases through plea bargains, negotiated dismissals, and pre-trial diversions.

In 2000, Shana received a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications with an emphasis in Human Relations from Texas Christian University. In 2005, she graduated from the University of Miami School of Law and received her license to practice law from the State Bar of Texas later that same year. She works as a volunteer for the Texas Lawyers’ Assistance Program (TLAP) and is a speaker who presents on the topics of wellness and work life balance to attorneys and other professionals. Aside from her law practice, she has been a registered yoga teacher since 2009 and works with both groups and individuals in that capacity.
