Mary Franklin

Mary was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas before attending the University of Texas at Austin for her undergraduate education. While there, Mary earned dual degrees in English and government, ultimately graduating summa cum laude. Mary returned to Lubbock in pursuit of a legal education and received her Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. As a law student, Mary cultivated her legal experience by participating in Texas Tech Law Review and serving as a qualified student representative in the Texas Tech Family Law Clinic. Mary’s passion for the specialty grew from personal experience with family law situations, which enable Mary to advocate for her clients from a place of compassion and empathy.

Mary’s strategy focuses on keeping her clients informed every step of the way. Family law disputes can easily become the most important thing in someone’s life, and ensuring frequent updates can provide clients with a sense of comfort and understanding during a tumultuous and confusing time. Mary’s goal is to build a trusting relationship with her clients where questions are always welcome.
