I had a disappointing experience with Katherine. Communication was a major issue; emails and calls were often ignored for days. Meetings were frequently rescheduled, and the attorney seemed unprepared and uninterested in my case. The initial quote seemed reasonable, but the final bill was significant...ly higher due to hidden fees and charges for every minor interaction. This lack of transparency felt very deceptive. Overall, I regret choosing Katherine. The poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and exorbitant pricing made a difficult situation even more stressful. Not recommended.

Two strong words to describe this law firm- Efficient and Reliable. I was in desperate need of a divorce attorney after having let go of my first lawyer during my divorce and came across Katie Lewis on google. I am so glad I chose them. Everyone on the team from Katie to my attorney Andrew and his te...am were so easy to work with. They did a quick review and immediately came up with a game plan. With the appropriate motions filed and hearing requests, I was able to get a temporary order for child support set in place and shortly after, reach a successful settlement in my case. I would also like to say during this unfortunate event in my life, the firm was so thoughtful. They send a care package and frequent correspondence with additional resources providing information on coparenting, financial planning during a divorce etc. The team also did a monthly check up to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. My lawyer was quick to respond, offered sound advice and kept in mind what was important for me settle my case. I highly recommend Katie Lewis for your family legal matters.

For how easy my divorce was (very amicable), the cost was overly expensive. I still question a few of the charges as I couldn't figure out what they were referring to. (And I kept a detailed log.) I had to email her team multiple times to get a response when I had a question. Part of her comm...itment was to provide a status letter every two weeks of the status of my case. I never once received one--even after I asked about it. The question was simply disregarded as were other concerns I voiced. My guess is that more volatile divorces got the attention and I wasn't a priority. No doubt she's smart, but I was disappointed.

When I first met Katie was in 2008 and I was filing for divorce. Katie was very professional from the very first time that we met to discuss my case. She is very well versed with the law, understands how to handle herself in the court room, and is very confident with what she is doing. I believe that... this confidence comes from her knowledge of the law. She had a complete understanding of my case and knew the challenges that we were going to be facing. I was asking for joint custody of my son, and being a man asking the court to grant that has its own set of challenges. Katie always kept me informed and updated on the status of my three and half year divorce case. So after the final trial I recieved joint custody of my son and I feel like Katie was the reason for the final results. I would highly recommend Katie to represent me if I ever needed a Attorney again.
