Working with this firm made my case go from a tragedy to a nightmare. They will not communicate with you unless you prod them. Critical decisions about the case were made without consulting or even informing me. Then I am stuck paying expenses and having the case drag out longer, for these decisions ...that I did not make. Case took 3 years and that was just for a mediated settlement, not even to go to court. Never felt like they were urgently fighting, always seemed to be reacting to the defense lawyers tactics. And after 3 years of telling me I had an excellent case, in the end they scheduled a mediation and the whole day I have to listen to my lawyer and the mediator tell me how I couldn't win in court, so I need to accept this week settlement. Then after the settlement is agreed on, I get hit with hidden expenses, like finance fees because they took out a loan to pay for case costs. Ends up, I am forced to accept a weak offer, and then my net is only 20%. Not worth the time.
