Diana has been an excellent advocate for me in a difficult divorce. She has been more than fair in her costs and done a great job for me in spite of significant difficulties with both my ex wife and opposing counsel. To contextualize the anonymous one star review from Jan 23, it was left by my ex ...as a result of her frustration that Ms. Weitzel rejected the original version of the divorce decree sent by opposing counsel. She has very good reasons for doing so, and the claim that she was “slow” was absurd; opposing counsel took 5 months to draft a decree that didn’t even match the MSA, and Diana had to redraft an entire new one from scratch—which she did at no further expense to me, in a matter of just a few weeks, in spite of the frustrating situation. If any Avvo employee sees this, please consider removing the Jan 23 review; it was not left by one of Ms. Weitzel’s clients and completely misrepresents her quality of service for her clients.

The first thing to note is that Ms. Weitzel actually cares about you and your case. She was attentive, was always available to answer my questions and made sure every i was dotted and every t crossed. She handled opposing counsel very well and applied pressure when pressure was needed. She took the t...ime to walk me through the strategy and explain what was happening and next steps. The whole divorce went about as smoothly as can be expected and I have no doubt Ms. Weitzel is the reason why.
