Biography
I am a very attentive, mature, diligent, smart and courteous attorney in the DFW Metro area. I have been litigating cases all over the State of Texas for several years as a licensed trial attorney. Before I became a licensed trial attorney in Texas, I earned many invaluable years of experience in several areas of the law while clerking for a very experienced lawyer. And prior to my legal education, I was a licensed Bodily Injury Insurance Adjuster for a Fortune 500 company.
I also have years of experience in the transactional practice of law, as well as in litigation. My areas of expertise include Family Law, Criminal Defense, Contracts, Business law, Personal Injury, Consumer Law, and Immigration. I helped found a private law firm in the metroplex, and I still run a successful private law firm which I solely founded in 2015. At the WINFUL LAW FIRM, PLLC, no case is ever too big or too small.
