I have to admit is calm demeanor worried this emotional father at first but here and I sit with custody of one of my kids and I got all the properties in the divorce and she got a fraction of what she was asking . Yes he did get upset with me being emotional but he helped me get a control of it. Beca...use fathers that love their children , it’s that emotion that Devil Moms prey upon . I had problems paying sometimes and with Covid he took less . I want to go after my other child for custody and he’s ignoring my emails and calls . I’m sure it’s all money related BUT I would recommend him to any father . He’s a Good Lawyer and an even better human being

I contacted the Pedicini Law firm to assist me with child custody. At my first meeting with Matthew, I explained the details of my case. Matthew laid out my options and gave me a walk through of all the steps to take. Matthew was professional and communicated with me through out the year and a half o...f the court process. Matthew and his associate Psymon were constantly communicating with me via phone and email and kept me updated. I hired Mr Pedicini back in February. He worked my case for 6 months. Matt always made himself or one of his fellow coworkers available to answer any questions that I might have had. They were very transparent and professional. The court date was a breeze. They are extremely fair priced and even have... monthly payment options available. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone dealing with a child custody case. They definitely made me feel as though I wasn't just another case, and they had my children's best interests in mind.

Told Mr. Pedicini I did not have a lot of money but I needed to protect my kids from their mom who was manipulating them and causing them emotional pain. It got so bad CPS was called on my ex wife so I felt we had a chance to help my babies. My youngest begged to come live with me so I hired this Mr.... Pedicini. He assured me he would fight for me and my rights as a dad. He said he had a flat fee of $3000 and that would cover everything. He asked me if my ex would fight me over the new custody battle, I told him yes, absolutely she will but, he assured me it would not be a problem. After paying for the "flat fee" Mr. Pedicini sent me an email that said the $3000 was not enough and he needed to be paid another $1000. I guess I am stupid and I did not understand the definition of a flat fee. As my legal counsel, he had done nothing to this point except file a motion and have my ex served. To which, I had to pay that extra "processing " fee...not part of the "flat fee". Months went by and he kept taking my monthly payments but he did nothing. Then on the last month he overcharged me. I asked why and I was told " we should have been charging you a credit card processing fee the entire time". So you are telling me you did me a favor and only charge this illegal fee once? PLEASE Mr. Pedicini, provide me with the documentation that showes I agreed to and signed for a credit card processing fee! After months of not hearing from this man and speaking to others in the judicial system, it became clear I was taken advantage of so I emailed Mr. Pedicini and told him I was displeased. I told him I wanted a refund...to no surprise he ignored said request. To date my relationship with my kids, the ones that begged to come live with me, has turned. Due to the lack of proper counsel and proper protection of my kids my ex has successfully taken them out of my life 100%. I believe it was May 13 2018 that my kids wanted to live with me and I had plans to protect them in court with Mr. Pedicini helping me. Then on May 15th 2018 my kids abruptly stopped talking to me and the only help I received from my lawyer was a request to help my ex keep my kids from me in the way of me giving them a copy of my DL so they could go out of the country. Literally a waste of money and hiring him cost me more than I can ever recover from.
