While I regret that you feel I treated you unfairly, in the interest of fairness and accuracy, I must state my perception of what occurred. I clearly communicated to you while I represented you that your actions and decisions made it necessary for me to withdraw from your case. Even though such withdrawal was my only option, I have kept meticulous records of the specific ways I have assisted your new counsel. For that and many other reasons, your criticisms surprise me. We discussed the cost of the services I was performing throughout the time that I represented you. We spoke regularly about your case. With regard to your accusation that I was unavailable, you had my personal cell phone number, as all of my clients do, and you could have called me at any time and I would have responded as soon as reasonably possible. We also exchanged dozens of emails in the four months that I represented you. I always want to make sure I have done everything I can to assist my clients.
