Nice person, believed in me and my story but couldn’t do much. If I asked him anything he generally would say I can’t help with that . I got charged close to 20k but not a single result . He also continues to charge for even one e-mail even if it does not result in anything being filed . I wouldn’t r...ecommend him.

I was referred to Mr. Lamorgese to review a potential appeal of a high-conflict and voluminous child custody case. Before the initial consultation, Brad was able to reach out to the attorneys on file and review the case, so the actual time was spent very effectively, not reviewing the case but disc...ussing the possible solutions. All the notes and suggestions received during the consultation were spot on, and of a great assistance. After we found that the cost of representation is out of my price range, Mr. Lamorgese went far and beyond referring me to more affordable yet still superb firms. I highly recommend Mr. Lamorgese as a knowledgeable professional with great attitude towards his clients.

I paid $250 to consult with this attorney. The zoom call lasted 15 minutes when I was assured the appointment would last for an hour. He was very dismissive and told me that I would have no success in my case after skimming my materials. I then asked if he may be able to send me similar cases he work...ed on that have been publicly posted ( most lawyers do so you can reference their work) and he said he would have to be retained to do this. I did not get a proper consult and he should have refunded the consult fee as it only lasted 15 minutes.

Brad recently represented me with my difficult and complex case. Brad and his staff were very friendly and not pretentious, and I appreciated Brad's professional personality which is a no-fluff and direct approach and will make sure you understand what the law is and what your chances are in the matt...er you are hiring him for. There is professionalism that is there from the start. I VALUE what it takes to present that and the efforts that were made on my behalf. Brad is VERY intelligent and effective from a strategic standpoint, and truly understands the situation from a macro perspective. I greatly appreciated his no-nonsense approach to a process that has a tendency to be emotionally charged. He presents things clearly and educates you on decisions to be made. I was dealing with a party and opposing counsel that was refusing to comply, communicate, or be reasonable, and was employing expensive delay tactics, refusing to produce basic discovery documents, with the inability to recapture unreasonable legal fees arising from the above actions due to income status. Brad was able to remove the choke hold on the process and force resolution to being my case to a close and in my and my child's favor. Brad's creativity gave me what I needed to protect my son without a trial, and he continued to check up on my situation even after the case was finished. I truly respect Brad for not only the fantastic results but also his capacity to address my individual case. I would trust him with any legal matter in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional.
