About me

I am Founder and Managing Partner of Reyes Bartolomei Browne. I began my legal career on Wall Street and subsequently relocated to Dallas, Texas to open a small law firm. Within just a few years, the firm grew to become a leading, highly-respected national litigation practice.

I have been involved with the legal, transactional and capital structuring of over $400 million, including commercial real estate, numerous tort settlements, early stage company capital raises and follow-on offerings. Additionally, I've advised numerous executives, business owners and highly successful individuals in litigation and business matters.  I also have achieved substantial success in defending the rights of individuals who have been injured as a result of the negligence or wrongoing of others.

I was named to the Super Lawyers list, the top honor issued to the best lawyers in Texas. Angel is often quoted by newspapers and periodicals throughout the country, and I'm a frequent guest on both national and local television and radio shows.
