Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. At the outset of the representation, Mr. Anziani stated that he wou...ld not take more money from the settlement than his client. However, the final outcome did not reflect that understanding. Mr. Anziani referred me to a physical therapy provider where I received treatment for an extended period. However, the treatment did not address the primary injury related to the accident, which involved my ribs. No physical therapy or targeted treatment was provided for this injury. Instead, treatment focused on other areas of the body, which led to increased pain and reduced mobility. Due to the ongoing nature of the case and my physical condition, I was unable to work for more than six months and ultimately lost my job. The case remained unresolved for over three years, resulting in significant financial hardship, including accumulated debt and reliance on credit cards for basic expenses. The total settlement obtained from both insurance companies was $80,000. Of that amount, I received $15,000, which did not sufficiently compensate me for my losses or the financial strain endured during the course of representation. Based on my experience, I did not feel that my interests were adequately protected or prioritized. I would not recommend this attorney to individuals seeking clear communication, transparency, and client-centered representation.

My case was taken advantage of by Andre. Felt like I was screwed over during my case and now I am in law school and truly have realized Andre's firm took advantage and did everything to line his own pockets. They do not care about fighting to make you whole - but about making as much money for them...selves as possible. When a law firm boasts about making it so that you guys get the same amount of money from settlement, run away. Still haunted by the medical bills he told me would be reduced and unnecessary procedures from the doctors he sent me to “to build a case”.
