Terah Jean Moxley

Terah’s practice is primarily devoted to employment litigation and counseling. Terah represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including defending employers from claims for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act. Terah also counsels clients on various day-to-day employment issues such as FMLA compliance, proper classification under the FLSA, non-compete agreements, discipline and termination decisions, and accommodation under the ADA. Terah also represents companies and individuals in the defense and prosecution of a wide variety of areas, including contracts, fraud, misrepresentation, and agency issues. Terah also has experience representing clients before state and federal appellate courts.
