I have been lead and liaison counsel in cases that has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for class members across the country. I have succesfully handled a variety of consumer, finacial, securities and insurance class actions. I am one of a very small number of attorneys who has successfully tried a class action case to a jury. I am a past co-chair of AAJ's Class Action Litigation Group. I frequently lecture and write on class action topics. I welcome referrals and joint ventures.
