Jeremy Ryan Carroll

Jeremy R. Carroll is an Estate and Probate Attorney.  He practices in Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, and Collin County.  Jeremy started his own firm in January of 2021. Jeremy's approach is to keep things simple and to put his clients first. He views his most important job is to educate his clients on what their options are and to let the client choose which path makes the most sense for their unquie circumstances.  Jeremy attended Dallas Baptist University where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management. Thereafter, Jeremy attended Texas A&M University School of Law where he obtained his law degree and graduated cum laude. Jeremy has been in practice for more than 6 years and has solely focused on the areas of Estate Planning and Probate law. His expertise can help those who needs basic estate planning needs as well as clients that need advanced estate tax planning.  Jeremy is also well versed in probate law where he has handled more than 200 probate cases.
