I represent those that have been seriously or catastrophically injured, or the families of those killed, due to the fault or negligence of others, battling those responsible and their liability insurance companies.  I consider it an honor to advocate for and counsel those whose lives have been effected or changed by: a serious car, motorcycle, truck, or aircraft crash; a dangerous product; on the job injuries or death due to an unsafe work environment; a preventable explosion or fire; an inattentive, incompetent, or careless doctor, pharmacist, nursing home, hospital, clinic, or other healthcare facility not providing the proper standard of care; a lack of adequate lighting or unsafe conditions for customers at a business open to the public; a dangerous animal that is not properly restrained; and other circumstances resulting in serious injuries or death.

I recently represented multiple clients suffering from retina damage to their eyes as a result of cataract surgery in early 2017 at Key-Whitman Eye Center in Dallas.  Over the course of several years, we investigated and documented claims that antibiotic steroid eyeball injections were improperly compounded and supplied by the former Guardian Pharmacy for use during surgery by Jeffery Whitman, MD, and others at Key-Whitman in January & February 2017, and that the improper compounding created impure byproducts (formaldehyde and acetone) in the injections, resulting in a highly corrosive suspension that when injected essentially partially dissolved my clients' retinas.  This was a family issue for me, as my mother-in-law is one of the patients that I represented.
