Very knowledgeable, involved, commercially aware IT lawyer for complex issues

David worked with me and a team of internal lawyers and commercial, finance and operational folks in a very complex, large dollar IT outsourcing contract. He was part of our core team and provided valuable guidance and insight. He was not just involved in the very legalistic issues, but also all p...arts of the operations and commercials. He was respected and valued as a being proactive and involved - not just a "fly on the wall". When it was time to draft a position or a letter, David was a one man juggernaut. The most brilliant responses would be drafted with ease within minutes.

Providing His Clients with a Distinct Legal Advantage

I worked with David Pace at Affiliated Computer Services in Dallas. David provided his exceptional legal skills in developing services contracts for ACS with their clients many of which were Fortune 200 companies. Later, I contracted Mr. Pace's services when I was COO for a software and managed ser...vices subsidiary of a public company based in San Antonio. David provided my legal services help in developing and negotiating complex services and licensing agreements with my clients who were in the Communications Industry. We had an in house legal staff, but no one with the experience or vast skill sets which Mr. Pace possesses. He was always available when we needed his help. David has not only exception legal skills and experience with contract law and intellectual property law, but in addition he possesses tremendous business knowledge, skills and savvy. His ability to go beyond just the legalese, but to contribute to the business aspect requirements of our contracts was invaluable. David also become an industry subject matter expert in the Telecommunications Industry sector. I always felt we had an advantage in negotiating at the table with David Pace in our camp. A brilliant attorney who loves not only the law, but "doing deals" and papering complex multifaceted business transactions. David provided me with contract development support with client including Regional Bell companies, the largest competitive CLECs in the US and IBM as well as many others. I can safely recommend David Pace to any client looking for the very best legal representation in his speciality fields. David is a different league than most corporate attorneys in my experience an opinion.
