Shouldnt that isf bond been lifted? also? Without those 2 charges he would have never went to jail or shown insufficient bond

Only person that has that paperwork is the lawyer who did your expungement.

Ask your probation officer. Also, some countries do not let you come in if you are convicted of DWI.
