It is a case by case scenario.
Maximum is a program called Cenikor. It is 2 years. The more used program is SAFPF, it is 6-9 months...
I am not sure if a charge was dismissed, and if not, if it was transferred - can someone read this and tell me?

No. That is the whole point of an expungement. Make sure it was actually properly expunged though.

Not if you were revoked. Avoiding a conviction is one of many incentives to complete your probation.
