Brad is a credit to his profession.

I was involved in a complex multi-party business litigation lawsuit and Brad and his firm successfully negotiated a settlement of the original case to my satisfaction. Previously another firm had made no progress on my behalf in the same case and had billed me excessively as well, which resulted in a... second lawsuit. It was a very difficult situation for me and Brad was professional and excellent in the legal matters and also caring and helpful throughout the ordeal. He restored my faith in the legal profession and I highly recommend him.

Superior Attorney

Brad Jackson is a very talented attorney. I know this from personal experience. He has superb ethics and focus. His drive is guided by his legal skill and desire to be on the right side of things. He saved me from ruin with skilled determination by pulling me out of a legal quagmire made by two a...ttorneys who were clearly out of their depth. He made arguments to the judge that were solidly founded in the law while presenting my case with a clarity that was well-received by my jury. He represented me in two legal battles. In the first, I was awarded 27 million dollars by a jury that was later reduced to seven million by the judge. The second was settled out of court to my satisfaction. I don’t know what Brad’s IQ is, but I feel it is a big one … and he has a heart to match as well as manhood (polite word here) big enough to carry him through any fight. He once argued with a judge in open court because the judge would not allow me to take the fifth amendment in my testimony in a contempt hearing. Brad ended up in being threatened with contempt of court himself for challenging the judge about the law in America on a late Friday afternoon. They ultimately came to a resolution, came out of the judge’s chambers friends and Brad and I did not have to spend the weekend in jail. I thought it was a triumph of his personality and unfailing logic. As we waited for the elevator at 7:00 in an almost deserted courthouse, he was asked by lawyers who had been observing the court proceedings if he needed help carrying his manhood (polite word here) to his car and got a relieved laugh all around. Anyone fortunate enough to have Brad Jackson (and his staff) in their corner will be fortunate indeed because of the peace and justice he strives so hard to give his clients. They wanted a lot of paper and information, but they saved me …twice.
